Renee was born in Germany and immigrated to the United States as a young child, with her parents. She lived in New Jersey before moving to South Florida. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and has retired from the School Board of Broward County, where she worked for thirteen years in the Accounting & Financial Reporting Department. Before joining St Paul, Renee has been the Treasurer for two other Lutheran churches.
Renee is an accomplished violinist and enjoys participating in church services with her music. She also enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters, Kaya and Sarah, and her great-grandson Jonah.
Her Bible verse is 1 Corinthians 13:13
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
