Middle School Youth Gathering Registration Form
Fill out the form to sign up for one of the best weekends of the year as the middle school youth go to Lake Yale for an awesome youth gathering with other students from around the FL-GA District!

National Youth Gathering Registration Form
Sign up now to go to the National Youth Gathering in Houston Texas next July 2022. This opportunity only happens once every three years! Don’t miss out on one of the most amazing experiences in youth ministry as we join 20,000 other high school youth from around the world as we serve, have fun, and worship together!

Eighth Grade Confirmation Retreat
Eighth Grade Confirmation Students can sign up online to attend the Eighth Grade Confirmation Retreat.
Date: Friday to Sunday, January/February TBD
Cost: $150.00
Parents are also needed to attend. You can sign up on the Retreat Form.
High School Youth Lock-Out Registration Form
