They are looking into other treatments which she may or may not do. She has been through more than I can express and still remains faithful. She even text me today that she wants to make me a beautiful seashell with the logo from our alma mater, UNC-Chapel Hill. A true beautiful soul. Please keep praying for her. Thank you! I received some very, very bad news today. I still have the bacterial infection Klebsiella Pneumonia. It has the ability to become antibiotic resistant. There is a 50% fatality rate with this infection.
The fight has been long, hard and dangerous.
Awaiting next step for Adventist Hospital Infectious Disease.
Normally the anti biotic, Cedfodoixime is not used for renal outpatients. I have been on a 100 mg dose every other day. The risk is loosing my life or permanent kidney failure. I need your prayers on this one. I have never been faced with a 50/50 shot at dying. Prayers needed for a benign result on a suspicious mass in my body that is going to be biopsied. I’m terrified Our son Robert has been hospitalized in Clermont since Sunday, June 30th, for a severe infection in his leg. Your prayers are requested for his improvement and ultimate recovery from this illness. Thank you. I have a prayer of thanksgiving request. I ask our congregation to join me in thanking our Lord in sparing the life of my niece, Chloe, and her friend as they were in a severe auto accident Friday night. Chloe was driving her friend home, it was not late at night and no alcohol was involved. When going through a four way stop sign intersection another car blew through their stop sign at high speed. Chloe’s car was t-boned and flipped upside down. Injured, Chloe unbuckled her friend and dragged her out of the rear window. She then called 911 and her mother. Miraculously, Chloe only has superficial injuries. I haven’t heard the results on her scans. Her friend sustained a concussion and broken arm. The first responders remarked how collected Chloe behaved. The occupants of the other car walked away fine. I know that God was with Chloe and the Holy Spirit guided her through this. I pray that further medical tests show no damage to either Chloe or her friend. Our whole family is still shaken, especially after seeing the crash site photos, but we thank God for His mercy.
