If you enter your email address in the form, you will be notified when others pray for you. I kindly ask for prayers for my family, as we juggle the million tasks, responsibilities, and challenges that come with moving into a new home. There are many uncertainties at the moment but we have decided to surrender ourselves completely to His providence. Pray that we have the fortitude to continue soldiering on with grace and good humor until we are settled in our new home - hopefully some time in October. Thank you all! Please pray for a Brazilian family, who lost their eldest son, PC, this past Monday. May God surround them with His love, grant them strength and comfort during this time of profound sorrow, and welcome PC into His eternal peace. I wanted to give everyone an update and praise report about my son Jeff. He suffered stomach pain with a temperature and became jaundiced and admitted himself to the ER last Monday. The doctors were very slow in getting back to Jeff after the MRI. The doctor thought it might be his gall bladder or pancreas but he had them both removed several years ago. That is incompetence on the doctor's part. She obviously did not look at his chart. Jeff looked up the MRI results himself and it indicated that he had a blockage in the liver, kind of like a kidney stone in the kidney. He got a new doctor and as soon as he saw the results of the MRI he contacted the Gastro team to do a ERCP. That took time.
The next day Jeff felt much better and when they did a second MRI the blockage was gone!! Jeff said that it must have passed out of the liver when he was so restless all night trying to find a comfortable postion to sleep. NO, I THINK IT WAS YOUR PRAYERS! THANK YOU LORD. I WILL GIVE THE LORD ALL THE CREDIT.
Jeff left the hospital the same day. Isn't that amazing! Thank the Lord for His mercy! My sister's son
Dearest Rosemary, keep my son in your prayers for a fast recovery. He was hit and the person did not stop - hit and run….
That was this last Monday and had surgery in his right wrist, 15 stitches in his head, broken scapula, shoulder, and some ribs.
I moved in with him, he is not married… I will work remote this week… please put him in your prayers…
Ana Maria Hom’s. Son My brother-in-law, Pat, had a mini stroke and is in the hospital. Please pray for healing and Doctors finding the right treatment. My younger son Jeff thought he had a stomach virus, but when the stomach pain got worse with nausea and a low-grade fever, he drove himself to the ER. They admitted him for observation and yesterday he was waiting for the results of an ultrasound. Please pray that. They could come up with a diagnosis and that he can make a complete recovery. Sharon Bonsanti’s granddaughter, Taylor, had an emergency C-Section last night. Baby is 3 weeks early and weighs 6 pounds. Please pray Taylor and Baby will both be OK. Please keep me uplifted in your prayers. As many of you know, my baby boy, my son Clyde passed away June 19th. He was 41 and yes, we have been together those 41 years. Clyde was not a pet, Clyde was my son. He was a Yellow Crowned Amazon Parrot. It feels as if I've stopped breathing and my heart has stopped beating. This loss of Clyde is more than I can bear. I cannot stop crying. My prayer is for understanding that at this time I cannot see anyone or talk to anyone. I cannot explain why I feel this way. I do know and I do feel your prayers for me. To all of you who have called and left voice messages, left text messages, sent emails and have sent condolence cards and memory gifts in Clyde's name, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. One day, I will, with the help and love of Jesus, be able to climb out of this chasm of sadness and despair. I am just not ready yet. It is because of my deep faith that I know Clyde is with Jesus. My daughter-in-law‘s mother, Pam, was suffering with stomach pain. The doctors discovered a cancerous tumor between her liver and pancreas. She had surgery yesterday and she will be seeing an oncologist. She is at peace and knows that she is in the Lord’s care. Please pray for a complete recovery and healing. Thank you. Please pray that God will grant me wisdom, discernment, and peace as I navigate the loss of my job. Please pray that He guides my steps, opens the right doors at the right time, and provides the opportunity He has prepared for me. Above all, pray that I will continue to trust in His perfect timing and remain faithful, knowing that He is in control.Rachel Mendez
