Jordan Becker has spent more than three years fighting a rare and extremely aggressive form of osteosarcoma, and at 21 years old, he has already lost a leg to it.
His fight is still not over.
He has endured major surgeries, round after round of chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy. When the cancer refused to stop spreading, doctors had to amputate his leg. His aunt Lara, who helped organize his fundraiser, said his strength through it all has inspired everyone around him.
"Jordan has remained resilient and determined, inspiring everyone around him with his unwavering spirit."
Even after the amputation, the cancer kept coming. It has now spread extensively to his lungs and other parts of his body.
His family is running out of options, and running out of time to find them.
Jordan's most recent round of chemotherapy has taken a serious toll on his body. His white blood cells and platelets have remained dangerously low despite medications and transfusions. Doctors are now planning a bone marrow biopsy just to understand why his blood counts will not recover. Until they find an answer, he cannot receive any more chemotherapy.
His mother, Jessica, is not ready to accept that there is nothing left to try.
She has spent weeks searching everywhere she can think of. Clinical trials. Researchers. Cancer specialists. Experimental treatments. Anyone studying this rare cancer who might know something her family has not found yet.
She has reached out to institutions across the country, but finding the right person, the right trial, or even the right door to knock on has been an uphill battle.
That is why she is asking for help.
Maybe someone reading this knows a doctor. Maybe there is a researcher somewhere studying a cancer like Jordan's. Maybe there is a clinical trial his family has not come across yet.
Jordan is so much more than a diagnosis. He is a 21 year old son and brother who wants the chance to keep living his life.
His family is not asking anyone to promise a miracle. They are asking for help finding the next possibility. The next doctor to call. The next door to knock on.
Because Jessica is not ready to give up on her son, and she should not have to search for that next door alone.

Barry’s colon test came back positive and marked urgent. He sees his Doctor on Friday 9/4. Please pray for his healing in Jesus name. Please pray for CM, who is currently in a specialized cardiac ICU in Lima, Peru.
CM is pregnant and facing a very serious medical situation involving a blood clot (thrombus) in her aorta and complications related to her heart valve transplant. Her pregnancy is putting significant additional pressure on her heart, making her condition especially difficult.
Her baby girl is currently only 23 weeks gestation. The doctors are hoping to reach 26 weeks before delivering her, if CM’s condition allows.
Please pray for CM’s healing and strength, for her baby girl’s protection and development, and for wisdom and guidance for every doctor and medical professional caring for them. Please also pray for peace, strength, and comfort for CM’s family during this incredibly difficult time.
Above all, please pray that God’s presence surrounds CM and her baby, that He protects them both, and that He gives the medical team wisdom to make the best decisions for their care.
Lord, we place CM, her baby, and her family in Your loving hands. Please bring healing, protection, strength, and hope. Amen. Please pray for my cousin Gary in NC. He is in the ICU on a ventilator with intestinal cancer that has spread to his liver, sepsis and kidney failure. Please pray for his wife, Jane, and his children Jarod and Haven. Thank you! I kindly ask for prayers for my family, as we juggle the million tasks, responsibilities, and challenges that come with moving into a new home. There are many uncertainties at the moment but we have decided to surrender ourselves completely to His providence. Pray that we have the fortitude to continue soldiering on with grace and good humor until we are settled in our new home - hopefully some time in October. Thank you all! I wanted to give everyone an update and praise report about my son Jeff. He suffered stomach pain with a temperature and became jaundiced and admitted himself to the ER last Monday. The doctors were very slow in getting back to Jeff after the MRI. The doctor thought it might be his gall bladder or pancreas but he had them both removed several years ago. That is incompetence on the doctor's part. She obviously did not look at his chart. Jeff looked up the MRI results himself and it indicated that he had a blockage in the liver, kind of like a kidney stone in the kidney. He got a new doctor and as soon as he saw the results of the MRI he contacted the Gastro team to do a ERCP. That took time.
The next day Jeff felt much better and when they did a second MRI the blockage was gone!! Jeff said that it must have passed out of the liver when he was so restless all night trying to find a comfortable postion to sleep. NO, I THINK IT WAS YOUR PRAYERS! THANK YOU LORD. I WILL GIVE THE LORD ALL THE CREDIT.
Jeff left the hospital the same day. Isn't that amazing! Thank the Lord for His mercy! My sister's son
Dearest Rosemary, keep my son in your prayers for a fast recovery. He was hit and the person did not stop - hit and run….
That was this last Monday and had surgery in his right wrist, 15 stitches in his head, broken scapula, shoulder, and some ribs.
I moved in with him, he is not married… I will work remote this week… please put him in your prayers…
