Lifting prayer for María Isabel Oliva and Julio Rodolfo Kestler young couple facing a challenging diagnosis at very early pregnancy. May God guide and strenght them through the journey and bring them closet to Him My friend Deacon, Flo Taber-Brown who just celebrated her 90th birthday is in the hospital with a case of the flu. Please pray for a quick recovery.
Thank you To all Prayer Warriors,
Sharyn is scheduled to have her CT on April 6th (chest, abdomen and pelvis) followed by an appointment with her Oncologist on April 15th. I put my faith in Jesus that His will be done.
Matthew 19:25-26
When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished, saying, “Who then can be saved?”
Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Please continue your prayers for my sister Sharyn. After her surgery and radiation therapy for a rare highly aggressive endometrial mesonephric-like adenocarcinoma grade 3, Sharyn's latest CT in January showed an 8mm nodule in her upper left lung. She had 5 previous CT scans in 2025 which at that time showed no abnormalities in her chest, abdomen and pelvis. Another CT will be repeated in March as her medical team continue to look for any signs of metastasis and if the nodule found in her lung has grown. This latest finding is a setback. My son Chris is suffering from constant muscle pain which are knots that the doctor says are trigger points caused by Fascia fiber. He is also suffering from low testosterone and all of the accompanying symptoms like low energy, irritability, depression, brain fog. Military doctors are reluctant to diagnose it. Prayer that the Lord will enable the doctors to get a correct diagnosis and treatment so that he can be healed. Thank you... Please pray for my 48 year old grandson Anthony, who will be undergoing hip replacement surgery on Tuesday, January 13. There were complications when he had his other hip replaced so is concerned that this surgery tomorrow is successful. Please pray for my brother. He’s been struggling with a lot of bitterness and resentment toward our parents, siblings, and even life itself, largely because of his long and difficult illness. My heart aches for him and his family. Please pray that they will turn their hearts toward God, come to know Jesus in a personal and life-changing way, and receive His gift of salvation. Pray that God will bring love, unity, and reconciliation among our family members. For complete healing—physical, spiritual, and emotional. Pray that God will convict his heart of his need for Jesus and bring healing to the deep wounds that have kept him in bitterness and unforgiveness. Pray that the Lord will turn their hearts toward Him so that they may be redeemed, restored, and made whole through our Savior.
Please pray for my son, who is currently in a relationship with a woman we do not believe is right for him. Although she is saying all the right things to convince him otherwise, he is unwilling to listen and is convinced she is the right person. Pray that God will speak clearly to my son, giving him wisdom, discernment, and understanding. Pray that he will seek God’s will in choosing a godly and suitable life partner. Please also pray for my wife and me—that God will grant us wisdom, patience, and grace in how we relate to our son. We trust that it is God who convicts and guides hearts at the right time.
Prayers for well-being in all aspects of life, including academics, social, and spiritual. Please lift up my sister Sharyn in your prayers. Tomorrow, October 21st at 1:00 p.m., she will receive the 1st of 3 radiation therapy treatments, one/week. This rare and aggresive endometrial cancer, Mesonephric-like Adenocarcinoma, was diagnosed after her total hysterectomy done in August. There was no metastasis in the many lymph nodes analyzed and there was no metastasis in her lungs, liver, bladder, etc. Praise God. He has heard and answered everyone's prayers. Sharyn will be having a total of 3 radiation therapy treatments, one treatment per week, 10/21, 10/28, and 11/4.
Sharyn sends her thanks and love to everyone at St. Paul for how you all have kept her in your prayers. God bless you and my thanks to all my dear brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. Please pray for my sister-in-law, Norma. Having surgery tomorrow 10/9/25 for her throat and her abdomen. Pray for healing.Ale Mantilla
